Common questions

Before you request a quote

Answers to what we get asked most. Anything else, just send us a message.

How long does a typical borehole take, start to finish?

Most residential and farm jobs run one to two weeks from the first site walk to final handover, depending on depth, access and ground conditions. Commercial and community projects can take longer and we will give you a realistic timeline after the survey.

Do you charge for the geological survey?

The initial site assessment and quote are free. A detailed resistivity survey may carry a fee on larger or more complex sites, which we will always confirm with you before any work begins.

What happens if the borehole comes up dry?

Because every job is preceded by a proper geological survey, dry holes are rare. If a site does not yield the expected result, we will discuss alternative points on your land with you rather than simply closing the job out.

Do you service boreholes that another company drilled?

Yes. We regularly take on maintenance, repair and rehabilitation work on boreholes drilled by other contractors, including pump replacement and casing repair on older installations.

Which areas of Zimbabwe do you cover?

We are based in Harare and cover more than fifteen districts across the surrounding provinces. Send us your location and we will confirm coverage and travel costs, if any, with your quote.
